Job Overview

The HIFU Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies for our HIFU offerings, ensuring they resonate with target demographics and achieve ambitious business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics markets in Nigeria, coupled with strong marketing and management acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance HIFU brand visibility and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs for HIFU.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand communication, including advertising, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and campaigns.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the medical device or aesthetics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian healthcare and/or aesthetics market.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
