Job Overview

The Operations Pharmacist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing daily operational workflows within our eHub. This includes overseeing inventory management, dispensing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that we meet the high standards expected by our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient dispensing and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock monitoring, ordering, and stocktaking.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operational activities.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy operations or dispensing role.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory management and dispensing principles.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant pharmacy software and MS Office Suite.
