Job Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and closing of various projects within EHA Clinics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget constraints, and quality standards. This role demands a proactive approach to managing diverse project elements and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage project execution, track progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, operations, and technology departments.
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and EHA Clinics’ quality standards.
Facilitate effective team collaboration and problem-solving.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Public Health).
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector or in Nigeria.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and technology integration in healthcare is a plus.
