Job Overview

The Service Center Representative will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and efficient resolution of issues related to Ignite Energy Access products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with technical accuracy and professionalism.
• Educate customers on product features, services, and payment options.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
