Situated within the Snake Island Integrated Free Zone in Lagos, we cater to a diverse clientele across the shipping, logistics, marine, and energy sectors. We are currently recruiting to fill the vital position of Traffic Marshal Supervisor to ensure the smooth and safe flow of traffic within our expansive operations.

Job Overview

The Traffic Marshal Supervisor will be instrumental in managing and directing all vehicular and pedestrian traffic within the Nigerdock facility, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Traffic Marshals.
  • Implement and enforce traffic management plans and safety procedures.
  • Monitor traffic flow and identify potential congestion points.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, site personnel, and management.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of traffic areas.
  • Respond to and manage traffic-related incidents.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Marshal or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of traffic control principles and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
