Job Overview

The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all day-to-day operations of our managed hotel in Abuja. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership capabilities, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and enforce Venmac’s operational standards and best practices.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisal.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or similar senior role.
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations, finance, and guest services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
