LC Plus is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technology Transformation Manager to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. Job Overview

Reporting to the VP – Information Technology, the Technology Transformation Manager will be responsible for guiding LC Plus through its digital evolution. This includes identifying opportunities for technological innovation, overseeing the implementation of new systems and processes, and ensuring these changes directly contribute to enhanced client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology transformation roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the adoption and integration of new technologies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards measurable client outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology project budgets.
  • Communicate strategy and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
