Job Overview

The HSE Officer will be instrumental in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance across all Ashipa Electric Corp. operations. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management, policy development, and fostering a strong safety culture, all while supporting our mission to deliver cutting-edge energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international HSE regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness through training and communication initiatives.
  • Manage environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting.
  • Monitor and report on key HSE performance indicators.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably within the energy or utility sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
