Job Overview

The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and application support for our comprehensive range of Caterpillar, SEM, and Perkins equipment. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending optimal product applications, and ensuring the effective integration of our machinery into various industrial operations across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate equipment and application solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and assist the sales team with detailed specifications.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and product developments from Caterpillar, SEM, and Perkins.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a similar application engineering or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment, construction machinery, or power systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
