Job Overview

The Software Development Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for software development technologies and methodologies. This role requires a deep understanding of current industry trends and best practices to equip our employees and clients with the necessary skills for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to trainees.
  • Stay current with emerging software development technologies and incorporate them into training curricula.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
