Job Overview

The Specialist, Marketing and Sales will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to enhance Nile University’s reputation, attract prospective students, and achieve enrollment targets. This position requires a blend of creative marketing acumen and a proactive sales approach within the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, open days, and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and sales funnel metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling marketing collateral and content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and achieve enrollment goals.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian higher education landscape is advantageous.
