Aledade is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of crucial data ingested from our payer partners, including medical and pharmacy claims, patient eligibility, and care gaps. You will collaborate closely with practices, product teams, and engineers, playing a vital part in data integrity and operational efficiency.

Job Overview

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be a critical supporting member of the teams responsible for data ingestion. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the high quality of data that underpins Aledade’s innovative solutions for value-based care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly engage with practices to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Triage and investigate data-related issues in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Provide essential operational support for data exchange processes.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in gathering requirements for new data integrations and product enhancements.
  • Document data processes and best practices.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and data quality management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims, and patient eligibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
