Job Overview

The Credit Relationship Officer will be instrumental in managing and expanding Creditwise Financials Limited’s client portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, assessing their financial needs, and ensuring the responsible delivery of our lending products. You will be a key point of contact, embodying our commitment to customer service and financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and due diligence for loan applications.
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of micro and retail loans.
  • Educate clients on Creditwise Financials’ products and services.
  • Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayment.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in credit assessment, loan origination, or client relationship management within the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial landscape and lending principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
