Job Overview

This role is integral to expanding our market presence in Nigeria. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective Chinese clients, understanding their talent acquisition requirements, and presenting our advanced HR solutions. Success in this position will involve building strong relationships and contributing directly to our company’s expansion goals within the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Chinese enterprises operating or expanding in Nigeria.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their specific talent requirements.
  • Present and articulate the value proposition of Runlink’s AI HR Platform and executive headhunting services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Understanding of the HR services or technology sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
