Job Overview

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and facilitating smooth communication within the Nigerian branch and with international headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
  • Undertake personal errands and tasks to support the executive’s needs.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
