Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Sales Supervisors to lead and motivate our sales teams, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the effective distribution of our diverse product range across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies within assigned territories.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Understanding of the Nigerian market landscape.
