Job Overview

The Senior Director of Product, Growth will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives focused on driving sustained user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Toptal’s platform. This pivotal role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify new growth opportunities, optimize existing user journeys, and champion a data-driven approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with Toptal’s overall growth objectives.
  • Lead a team of product managers and designers to build and iterate on growth-focused features and experiments.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorously track product performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the product organization.

    • Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling user growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Experience leading and mentoring product teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in marketplace or platform businesses is a strong advantage.
