Job Overview
The Renumeration Executive 2 will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient execution of payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of compensation principles, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations within the Nigerian context.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations in Nigeria.
- Maintain employee compensation and benefits records in the HRIS.
- Liaise with external vendors and government agencies for benefits administration and statutory compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of compensation and benefits reports for management.
- Provide support and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
