Job Overview

The Renumeration Executive 2 will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient execution of payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of compensation principles, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations within the Nigerian context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations in Nigeria.
  • Maintain employee compensation and benefits records in the HRIS.
  • Liaise with external vendors and government agencies for benefits administration and statutory compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of compensation and benefits reports for management.
  • Provide support and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
