Job Overview

The Key Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients in Kuala Lumpur. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales volume, and expanding market share for the iconic 7UP brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
  • Present product offerings and sales performance reports to clients and management.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian market is advantageous.
