Job Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational efficiency of a NEAT Microcredit branch. This role requires strong leadership, excellent client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the microfinance landscape in Nigeria. You will play a crucial role in achieving branch targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch loan disbursement and recovery targets.
Manage and motivate a high-performing branch team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Ensure adherence to all NEAT Microcredit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor branch financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the microfinance or banking sector in Nigeria.
Proven track record in loan portfolio management, credit risk assessment, and recovery.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial market and regulatory framework.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve set targets.
