Job Overview
The Office Administrator / Operations Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations and providing essential administrative support to the team. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency and supporting our commitment to exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support the operations team with data entry and record-keeping.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Provide general administrative assistance to management and staff.

Requirements
