Job Overview

The Accountant & Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and smooth administrative operations of Citimobile Media Limited. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing financial records, supporting administrative functions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
