Job Overview

The Senior Specialist, Marketing and Sales will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive student enrollment and enhance the university’s brand presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing, sales, and lead generation within the education sector or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation and conversion funnels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Represent the university at recruitment fairs, open days, and other promotional events.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within higher education.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
