Job Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be instrumental in driving sales revenue and enhancing brand visibility for African Steel Mills Nigeria Limited. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the Nigerian market, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the steel or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
