Job Overview

Medics Partners Multi-specialist is actively seeking to recruit qualified and experienced candidates to fill four distinct positions within our Lagos-based facility. These roles are crucial for the smooth and efficient operation of our hospital, supporting both administrative functions and direct patient care. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to contributing to a dynamic healthcare environment. This recruitment drive aims to strengthen our team and enhance our capacity to serve the community effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* **Personal Assistant to CMD:** Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Medical Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
* **Medical Lab Scientist (NYSC):** Conduct a range of laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and reliability of results to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
* **NYSC Member (Accountant):** Assist the finance department with various accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and supporting financial reporting, ensuring adherence to established accounting principles.
* **NYSC Member (Business Growth Associate):** Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the hospital’s outreach and service offerings, supporting business development strategies and patient engagement efforts.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
* Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement within your respective role.

Requirements

* **Personal Assistant to CMD:** A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is required, coupled with significant prior experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
* **Medical Lab Scientist (NYSC):** A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution is essential, along with a completed or ongoing NYSC service year. Professional registration with the relevant medical laboratory council is mandatory.
* **NYSC Member (Accountant):** A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution is necessary, and candidates must be currently undergoing their mandatory NYSC service.
* **NYSC Member (Business Growth Associate):** A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, and candidates must be currently undergoing their mandatory NYSC service.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* A strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
