Job Overview

Rivy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Operations Intern to join our Sales & Growth department. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core functions of an e-commerce business, from customer order fulfillment to inventory management and performance analysis. You will work closely with the Senior Associate of E-Commerce Operations, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our online store and supporting our mission to provide an unparalleled shopping experience for our customers. This role is ideal for an individual eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, tracking, and resolution of any discrepancies.
* Support the team in maintaining accurate inventory levels across all product lines and sales channels.
* Help coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
* Contribute to the monitoring of key e-commerce performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in generating reports.
* Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
* Assist in customer issue resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and their operational execution.
* Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
