Job Overview

As a Front Desk Personnel at Peak Diagnostic Services Limited, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, handling a wide range of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively manage the front desk, handle client inquiries, and maintain accurate records. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our medical professionals to deliver seamless services that exceed our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors
* Handle client inquiries, respond to phone calls, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, appointments, and payment details
* Coordinate appointments, consultations, and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met
* Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure efficient communication and service delivery
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance front desk operations and client experience

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Administration, Customer Service, or Healthcare Management
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical laboratory or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
