Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Digital Media Officer to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital media strategy that showcases our school’s values, mission, and achievements. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a digital media strategy that aligns with our school’s overall goals and objectives, including social media, website content, and online advertising
* Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, that showcases our school’s values, mission, and achievements
* Manage and maintain our school’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflective of our brand and values
* Develop and execute social media campaigns that promote our school’s events, news, and achievements, and foster a sense of community among our students, parents, and staff
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to identify and showcase stories, successes, and achievements that demonstrate our school’s commitment to excellence
* Monitor and analyze digital media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve our online presence and engagement
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our digital media strategy
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, students, and staff, to ensure our digital media strategy is aligned with their needs and expectations

Requirements

* A degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital media principles, technologies, and best practices
* Proven experience in digital media, marketing, or communications, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create engaging content and develop effective digital media strategies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various digital platforms and audiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret digital media metrics and provide insights and recommendations
* Proficiency in digital media tools and software, including social media scheduling tools, website content management systems, and graphic design software
* Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
* Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality content
