Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
- Support performance review cycles and help implement development plans
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
- Identify learning and training needs and assist in program delivery
- Support HR projects, compensation, and benefits administration
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or People Operations
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability with high attention to confidentiality
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
