Salary Range

₦100,000 to ₦150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Officer

As an Operations Officer in Lagos, your duties will include:

• Supervising daily business operations to ensure efficiency
• Monitoring and guiding customer service staff for improved performance
• Enhancing response time and boosting customer retention
• Handling customer complaints and escalations with confidence
• Enforcing discipline and accountability across team members

Requirements for the Role

To qualify for this Operations Officer position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant work experience
• Proven experience supervising a team of 3 to 10 staff
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay organized and deliver results consistently
• Willingness to handle field or external operational challenges
• Experience in logistics or service-based businesses is an added advantage
• Must reside within Idimu to Ikotun area in Lagos State
