Responsibilities of the Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Integration Officer
Program Assessment and Gap Identification
The officer will analyze existing programs to identify areas that require improved integration of adolescent health services.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify gaps in ASRH integration within humanitarian response frameworks
- Engaging with Sexual and Reproductive Health working groups to gather data on program challenges
- Analyzing findings to inform program improvement strategies
Mapping and Engagement of Civil Society Organizations
Responsibilities include:
- Mapping civil society organizations and youth led organizations working on adolescent health
- Engaging these organizations to contribute to gap analysis and training development
- Facilitating collaboration between community groups and humanitarian partners
Capacity Building for Adolescents
The role focuses on empowering adolescents to participate in health initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing training programs for adolescents
- Building skills in project management, leadership, and community engagement
- Encouraging youth participation in ASRH advocacy and interventions
Stakeholder Coordination
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing stakeholder meetings involving sectors such as health, education, and WASH
- Conducting focus group discussions and key informant interviews to gather insights

Development of ASRH Training Programs
Responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Requirements
