Job Overview

The Handy Man will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across facilities. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.

• Salary Range: ₦50,000 to ₦100,000 per month
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
• Qualification: BA, BSc, HND, NCE, or OND

Key Responsibilities of the Handy Man

The Handy Man will perform the following duties:

• Conduct general repairs, including minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and appliances
• Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, tenants, or management

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this Handy Man position, candidates should possess:

• BA, BSc, HND, NCE, or OND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in repair and maintenance work
• Practical skills in electrical and plumbing works
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment
