This full time onsite position reports to the General Manager or Operations Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to shape how a fast growing hotel brand connects with its audience online.
Job Overview for the Digital Marketer Job in Abuja The successful candidate will design and manage digital strategies that improve brand awareness, stimulate engagement, and convert online visitors into paying guests. You will work across social media, advertising platforms, and the company website while continuously measuring performance.
Location Abuja
Salary Range ₦150,000 to ₦200,000 per month
Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy and Planning Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Prepare monthly and quarterly activity plans
Track market trends and review competitor activity
Social Media Management Manage and grow platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
Produce engaging graphics, short videos, reels, and promotions
Launch and manage paid campaigns
Respond quickly to messages, comments, and inquiries
Website and Online Presence Update website content regularly
Apply SEO techniques to improve visibility
Ensure booking links and contact details are correct
Increase traffic and conversion rates
Online Advertising and Campaigns Run digital advertisements across major platforms
Monitor performance and adjust for better returns
Track leads and completed bookings
Content Creation You will develop attractive marketing materials including:
Promotional videos
Designs and flyers
Blog content
Email newsletters
You may also coordinate photography and video sessions within the hotel.
Analytics and Reporting Measure reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Recommend improvements based on insights
Online Reputation Management Monitor reviews on search engines and booking platforms
Respond professionally to guest feedback
Support positive brand perception
Key Performance Indicators Success in this role will be measured by:
Growth in bookings from digital channels
Increase in followers and engagement
Website conversion improvements
Lead generation
Advertising return on investment
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
At least three years of digital marketing experience. Hospitality background is an advantage
Strong knowledge of social media management systems
Experience running Meta and Google advertising
Understanding of SEO
Ability to use content tools such as Canva and CapCut
Excellent analytical ability
Strong communication and creative thinking skills
