Job Overview

• Salary Range: USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Designer (Remote Job at Chartbeat Inc), you will:

• Produce and update marketing and internal materials such as slide decks, reports, one-pagers, digital ads, website graphics, and internal documents
• Resize, reformat, and version assets across multiple channels and platforms
• Adapt existing content into different formats, including presentations, webinars, and social media assets
• Support light data visualization and information design, including charts, diagrams, and infographics
• Organize working files and final assets for easy access and efficient collaboration
• Work closely with designers and writers to ensure all deliverables remain on-brand and consistent

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a digital-first production design role
• Strong foundation in layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
• Comfortable working within evolving design systems and templates
• Excellent organization, file management, and version control skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Collaborative, calm, and solutions-focused approach

Bonus Skills

• Basic motion graphics or templated video tools such as After Effects, Jitter, or Canva Pro
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Canva Sheets or Flourish
• Understanding of front-end concepts for web or email design
• Experience using AI tools to support design workflows
