Key Responsibilities

Participants in the Ebenco Group Graduate Engineering Programme 2026 will:

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Ebenco Group Graduate Engineering Programme 2026, applicants must:

• Be Nigerian citizens
• Hold a degree in any of the following disciplines:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Petroleum Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Process Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
• Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Second Class Lower with a Master’s degree
• Have completed NYSC in 2023 or later
• Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
