The company, Mshel Homes Limited is now seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team in Yola, Adamawa. This is a full-time, onsite position for creative individuals passionate about visual storytelling and digital content creation.

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or related field (preferred)

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics and digital content that aligns with the company’s marketing strategies and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, and brochures
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals for campaigns, advertisements, and property launches
• Maintain consistent brand guidelines and a cohesive visual identity across all channels
• Conceptualize and create original multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, photography, and written content for blogs and newsletters
• Produce and edit engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Stay updated on design, content creation, and social media trends to implement modern and innovative approaches
• Work with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and the MD’s office, to meet content needs
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns and content themes that engage audiences and drive conversions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Maintain an organized content library and asset management system

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar design tools
• Experience in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects is a plus
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation trends, and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visually appealing design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to feedback and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or related field is preferred but relevant experience may substitute
