The Dubai Business Associates Program is a nine month, immersive experience that combines academic learning with hands on professional practice. Using an experiential and project based learning model, associates develop consulting expertise, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of how global businesses operate.

The program is carefully structured to integrate technical business knowledge, soft skills development, and practical workplace exposure.
