Who Can Apply

To be eligible for the AmaliTech National Service 2026, candidates must:

• Be eligible for National Service during the 2026/27 period
• Hold a major or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or Business Informatics
• Have some experience in IT consulting, software engineering, or data engineering
• Demonstrate a passion for a career in IT consulting, software development, or data analytics

Exceptional candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience or certifications are also encouraged to apply.

Digital Transformation

• Gain cross-functional capabilities in product ownership, project management, business analysis, and consulting

Application Process

The AmaliTech National Service 2026 programme follows a multi-stage selection process:

1. Application and Aptitude Test
   • Multiple-choice assessment covering abstract, verbal, and numerical reasoning
2. Specialist Assessment
   • Technical assessment aligned with the selected specialisation pathway
3. Take-Home Lab and Interviews
   • Interviews evaluate technical depth, leadership potential, communication skills, and collaboration capabilities, anchored on lab submissions
4. Offer to Shortlisted Candidates
   • Successful applicants will receive an offer for National Service placement at AmaliTech offices in Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi
