Job Overview

As a Procurement Admin Officer, you will manage the administrative processes of Cormart Nigeria’s procurement operations. This includes vendor management, documentation, audit support, and compliance with company policies and NAFDAC/SON regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Lifecycle Management: Handle vendor registration, document verification, reference checks, and portal updates.
• Document Control: Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and quotations.
• Audit Readiness: Serve as the main contact for internal and external audits.
