Trainer, Crop Production & Agroforestry
Job Description
The Trainer, Crop Production & Agroforestry will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction while supporting curriculum development and farm operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching and training students in crop production and agroforestry practices
- Implementing approved training strategies in crop production and agroforestry
- Participating in curriculum review and departmental development
- Managing day-to-day operations of the school crop farm
- Supervising departmental annual work programmes
- Supporting workshops, short courses, seminars, and symposia
- Planning, designing, and supervising departmental projects
- Preparing accurate quarterly and annual departmental reports
Requirements
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Agronomy, Crop Production, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in crop production and agroforestry
- Strong practical and hands-on experience in relevant areas
Additional Requirements
- Computer literacy is mandatory
- Ability to speak the local language of the school location is an added advantage
Accountant
Job Description
The Accountant will manage and report financial data while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include:
- Reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Analyzing employee expenditure
- Preparing financial reports and annual budgets
- Overseeing organizational finances
- Filing and remitting taxes, pensions, and statutory obligations
- Managing accounting and financial software
- Establishing internal financial control procedures
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
- Membership of ICAN or ANAN is an added advantage

Livestock / Feedmill Operator
Job Description
The Livestock/Feedmill Operator will oversee feed production and equipment operations to support livestock and poultry farming activities. Responsibilities include:
- Operating feed mill machinery efficiently
- Conducting quality checks on feed products
- Performing routine equipment maintenance
- Managing raw material storage and hygiene
- Keeping accurate daily production records
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Managing inventory of raw materials and finished feed
- Collaborating with farm managers and other departments
Requirements
- National Diploma (ND) or equivalent in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in feed mill operations or similar environments

Requirements
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension & Farm Management, Food Processing & Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (minimum of 8 years for BSc or HND holders)
- Proven hands-on experience in enterprise development
