• Be registered as a non profit organization or social enterprise

• Provide evidence of previous or alternative sources of funding
• Show clear proof of matching funds for the proposed project
• Maintain a minimum staff strength of three paid full time or part time personnel
• Be directly responsible for implementing the proposed program or initiative
• Ensure the program or initiative will be implemented within Africa
