Talent Acquisition Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the recruitment process including job posting, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates and requesting managers
  • Manage recruitment administration efficiently
  • Coordinate with hiring managers via talent experience advisors to identify staffing needs and selection criteria
  • Post job vacancies on the most effective recruitment channels, considering responsiveness, quality, and cost
  • Develop a steady pool of internal and external talent
  • Explore new recruitment channels and provide recommendations to the Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance warehouse productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency
  • Oversee Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery for packaging, raw materials, and essential supplies, ensuring seamless integration with production schedules
  • Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including product receiving, handling, storage, inventory management, and dispatch operations
  • Develop and maintain a scalable warehousing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Monitor inventory levels in real-time using advanced tracking systems to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
  • Lead stock management and reconciliation, ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock takes
  • Conduct regular stock takes, analyze results, identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management
  • Initiate and lead cost reduction initiatives within the warehouse
  • Design and implement an inventory tracking system using FIFO and LIFO principles and best practices for shelving and storage

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
  • Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to Northern Nigeria
