Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, sales decks, and event materials
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to visually interpret campaigns and product features
- Design creatives optimized for lead generation and conversions
- Create infographics to simplify complex technology concepts
Video Production & Editing
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos including product demos, explainer videos, social media clips, thought leadership, and event highlights
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, overlays, intros/outros
- Optimize videos for performance across digital platforms
Campaign & Content Support
- Support marketing campaigns with creative assets aligned to campaign goals
- Translate GTM themes, messaging, and value propositions into visuals
- Work closely with digital marketers, content managers, and sales teams
- Participate in campaign planning sessions to ideate creative angles
Brand & Visual Asset Management
- Build and maintain a central brand asset library
- Manage templates for recurring assets
- Ensure quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality
- Continuously improve the brand’s visual identity
Innovation & Creative Direction
- Stay up to date with design trends, video formats, and social media creative best practices
- Suggest new creative formats and content ideas
- Experiment with AI-assisted design and video tools where appropriate
Qualifications and Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and basic motion graphics
- Experience creating content for B2B and SaaS brands is an advantage

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
- Lead Acumeet’s digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Run targeted campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels
- Optimize acquisition and retargeting funnels to drive product demos, free trials, and pipeline contribution
- Manage website SEO, CRO, analytics (GA4), and landing page performance
- Implement and optimize marketing automation flows for SDR/AE handoff
Content Leadership
- Own the Acumeet content calendar across all formats: blogs, whitepapers, product explainers, case studies, webinars, and industry reports
- Produce compliance-aligned content that resonates with enterprise personas (CIO, CTO, COO, Head of Compliance, IT Governance, PMOs)
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging
Offline Marketing & Events
- Plan and execute Acumeet representation at industry conferences, CIO roundtables, partner roadshows, exhibitions, and product demos
- Manage offline brand assets: banners, brochures, signage, corporate gifts
- Work with sales teams to ensure event ROI and lead follow-up
Brand & Product Positioning
- Maintain Acumeet’s brand identity, tone, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with product & engineering to simplify technical concepts into product marketing stories
- Develop persona-based messaging for Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, Telecom, and Professional Services
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CPA, MQL → Demo Conversion, Campaign ROI, and organic website growth
- Present monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Tech marketing
- Experience marketing AI products, SaaS tools, or Microsoft ecosystem solutions
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-targeted campaigns
- Strong expertise in digital channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, compelling content
- Experience managing offline events and B2B activations
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, or enterprise AI tools
- Experience in regulated industries (FSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Government)
