We are seeking enthusiastic, curious, and driven graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. This program offers hands-on experience in renewable energy systems, power infrastructure, and engineering operations within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Support project execution and site inspections.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of solar, inverter, UPS, and other power systems.
• Learn system design, operations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and technical teams.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic understanding of electrical or energy systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
