Programme Summary

The DM Holdings Graduate Trainee Program is open to highly motivated graduates seeking to build a career in the entertainment and hospitality industry.

Successful candidates will participate in a structured training programme that includes hands-on experience across key business functions, enabling them to develop practical skills, professional competence, and industry insight.

The programme is open to graduates with or without an NYSC certificate.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • B.Sc or HND in any discipline
  • Must not be more than 26 years old
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must reside within Ikeja or surrounding areas
