TMAsourcing Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources & Admin Officer to support HR and day-to-day administrative operations for a food and logistics client in Isolo. The role spans recruitment, records management, staff welfare, payroll support, and general office administration.

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Salary: ₦170,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with HR policies, attendance/leave tracking, appraisals, and training coordination
- Support employee relations, payroll/benefits administration, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws
- Coordinate health and safety inspections
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and general administrative logistics
- Maintain documentation and filing systems
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies
- Support travel arrangements, meetings, and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in logistics/shipping
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR tools
- Excellent communication, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work weekends when required
- Age: 25–35 years
- Residence: Isolo or nearby
