About the She Code Africa Academy Program 2026
The She Code Africa Academy Program 2026 is a 3-month virtual intensive bootcamp created specifically for Nigerian women who want to start or strengthen careers in technology.
The program combines expert-led training, practical projects, continuous assessments, and community support. Participants are guided throughout the learning journey and evaluated on consistency, growth, and commitment.
Completion of the application form represents the first stage of the selection process, allowing the Academy to understand each applicant’s background, interests, goals, and availability.
Program Structure
- Program Duration: February 2026 – May 2026
- Mode: Fully Virtual
- Training Schedule: Three live sessions per week
- Program Length: 12 weeks
Available Learning Tracks
Participants will receive focused training in one of the following high-demand tech fields:
- Cybersecurity
- Data Science
- DevOps Engineering
Applicants must indicate their preferred learning track during the application process.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Identify as a Nigerian woman or girl
- Be between 16 and 35 years old
- Possess basic digital literacy and familiarity with productivity tools
- Demonstrate beginner or foundational knowledge or strong interest in the chosen learning track
- Have access to a working laptop and stable internet throughout the program
- Be available to attend live virtual classes three times per week for the full 12-week duration
- Be available for monthly check-in calls
Priority consideration will be given to beginners who are committed to learning and growth.

- Applications will be reviewed by the She Code Africa team
- Successful candidates will be contacted with next-step details
- Selected participants will receive onboarding information ahead of the program start
