Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, part of Marriott International, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Voyage Global Leadership Development Program. This elite program is designed for recent graduates aspiring to build a career in hospitality management, with hands-on training, leadership development, and exposure to Marriott’s global operations.

The program offers a unique learning-by-doing experience, where participants rotate across hotel functions, engage with senior leaders, and develop the skills needed to take on supervisory and management roles within Marriott International

Human Resources

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)
Eligibility: Recent graduates within the past year or students graduating within 12 months

Program Overview:
The Human Resources track immerses participants in hotel operations while focusing on talent management, staff engagement, and leadership development. You will gain practical experience in managing hotel staff, understanding labor compliance, and fostering a high-performance work culture.

Revenue Management

The Revenue Management track equips participants to analyze hotel performance, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies. This track focuses on maximizing profitability and strategic decision-making using data-driven insights.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Voyage Program:

• Must have graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year, or expect to graduate within 12 months
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level education required (Associates degree accepted for Culinary track)
• Strong critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to foster relationships, work collaboratively, and self-manage
• Genuine desire for personal and professional growth
• Work authorization in the country where you are applying
