Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, part of Marriott International, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Voyage Global Leadership Development Program. This elite program is designed for recent graduates aspiring to build a career in hospitality management, with hands-on training, leadership development, and exposure to Marriott’s global operations.

Human Resources

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)

Program Overview:
The Human Resources track immerses participants in hotel operations while focusing on talent management, staff engagement, and leadership development. You will gain practical experience in managing hotel staff, understanding labor compliance, and fostering a high-performance work culture.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Voyage Program:

  • Ability to foster relationships, work collaboratively, and self-manage
