Job Summary
The Trainee Engineer role is ideal for young engineering graduates seeking hands-on experience in building construction projects. Reporting directly to the Senior or Site Manager, the successful candidate will support daily site operations, supervision, quality checks, and documentation while developing practical site engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily on-site supervision to ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Interpret and apply architectural and structural drawings for site execution
- Assist with setting-out, measurements, and basic surveying activities under supervision
- Support routine quality inspections for concrete works, reinforcement, and finishes, and report non-conformance issues
- Maintain accurate site documentation including daily site reports, material records, progress photographs, and attendance logs
- Monitor material usage and communicate shortages or delays to procurement and logistics teams
- Assist in coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain efficient workflow
- Report site challenges promptly and support corrective actions as directed by senior staff

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
- 0–2 years of practical construction or site experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn project management and site coordination tools
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Job Summary
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for driving online customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns for logistics, e-commerce, and food delivery services using data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, order volume, and revenue growth
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, Google Ads, and other digital channels
- Manage organic channels including social media, email marketing, SMS campaigns, website content, and landing pages
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to align campaigns with business priorities
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, CTR, conversions, ROAS, engagement, and retention

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics dashboards, and automation tools
- Proven ability to run acquisition-focused and conversion-optimized campaigns

The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers across logistics, e-commerce, and food delivery services. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and in-app channels

- Escalate complex cases to Operations, Fleet, or Management in line with escalation procedures

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM or customer support tools
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction
- Support customer onboarding, service activation, and usage education
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for service improvement

- Food delivery support including missing items, late deliveries, and merchant-related complaints
- Local logistics assistance with pickups, deliveries, parcel tracking, and cash-on-delivery issues

- International logistics assistance with shipment tracking, documentation guidance, and delivery updates
- Customer retention support through loyalty programs and feedback initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or food delivery is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions professionally
- Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or support tools
- Good understanding of Nigerian customer expectations and service culture
