About the 2026 Management Trainee Program
The Hydropet Management Trainee Program 2026 is a structured graduate development initiative aimed at equipping young professionals with strong business, leadership, and operational skills.
Selected trainees will gain hands-on exposure to real business operations within a growing oil and gas company. The program includes structured on-the-job training, cross-functional rotations, and close collaboration with experienced professionals across different units.

Eligibility and Requirements
